INVITATION FOR BIDS

BID INVITATION FOR SUPPLY OF LABOURERS FOR AASL, BANDARANAIKE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - KATUNAYAKE

BID NO. 057/T/2024

Bids are invited by Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited for the Supply of Labourers for Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited.

The requirement of Labourer is as follows

Bidding documents will be issued on week days (working days) between 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. from 28th April 2024 up to 07th May 2024 at the Supply Chain
Management Division, Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on payment of a non refundable Bidding
document fee of Rs.12,500.00 (Rupees Twelve Thousand and Five Hundred only) in cash per set

 Duly completed Sealed Bids shall be made with a copy marked respectively on the top left hand corner of the envelop as follows;

"Original Bid for supply of Labourers for AASL-2024/2025"
"Copy of the Bid for supply of Labourers for AASL-2024/2025"

Both envelops should be enclosed in one securely sealed cover marked as “Bid for supply of Labourers for AASL-2024” and should be sent by Registered Post to reach
the ‘Chairman, Tender Board 01, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake or be deposited in the
Tender Box of Tender Board I of the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake before 2.00 p.m on May 08, 2024.

Pre Bid briefing will be held at 10.00a.m. on May 02, 2024 at the office of the Head of Human Resources of Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited at
New Administration Building, Bandaranaike International Airport, Naikanda,Katunayake.

All Bids should be accompanied with a refundable Bid deposit of Rs.550,000.00 (Rupees Five Hundred Fifty Thousand only) with the receipt for payment of cash to
the Finance Division of Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited or in the form of a Bid Guarantee issued by a licensed commercial / specialized Bank
approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Bid Bond should be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of closing of Bid.

Acceptance of the Bids will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on May 08, 2024 and will be opened immediately thereafter at Supply Chain Management Division, Airport and Aviation
Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport - Katunayake.Bidders or their authorized representatives may be present at the time of opening of
Bids.

AASL shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any quotation nor shall it be liable for any claims for whatever cost which may be incurred in the preparation of the Bid.
The successful Bidder shall enter into an agreement including the terms and conditions in connection with supply of labourers, with AASL for the faithful performance of its
obligations.
